Ford Launches Innovate Mobility Challenge Series

   Dearborn, Michigan  --  Vehicle manufacturer Ford (NYSE: F) has announced the launch of a new worldwide technology challenge.

Called the Innovate Mobility Challenge Series, the challenge will focus developers and makers on proposing solutions to specific locally-relevant mobility issues.

The challenge is actually eight challenges, one each for Portugal, Bombay, Delhi, Chennai, Los Angeles, Johannesburg, Shanghai and Argentina.

Ford said it would partner with local authorities to address different issues and the challenges will be judged by a panel of Ford executives and local experts.
