DC Devices Lands $34 Million Series D Round

   Tewksbury, Massachusetts  --  Medical device company DC Devices has received $34 million in its fourth round of institutional venture capital financing.

DC is developing a transcatheter device for diastolic heart failure.

Accelmed led the round, which included existing investors Third Rock Ventures, General Catalyst Partners and Lumira Capital.

The company said it would use the funds to complete clinical evaluation of its transcatheter device.
