ClassOwl Collects Seed Venture Capital Funding

   Stanford, California  --  Education technology company ClassOwl has received $850,000 in venture capital financing.

ClassOwl has created a social academic platform that "allows students to follow their classes and student groups in one place."

Follett Knowledge Fund, Start X and Dorm Room Fund made the investment.

The company plans to continue product development and release an Android version later this year.
