NetSocket Secures Venture Capital Equity And Debt

   Plano, Texas  --  IT company NetSocket has raised $1.75 million in venture capital equity and debt financing, according to an SEC filing.

NetSocket says that it has "created the world's first real-time IP service assurance solution."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

NetSocket Is backed by a syndicate of venture capital firm investors.
