SDA Signs Space Agreement With US DOD

   Isle of Man, UK  --  The Space Data Association has announced an agreement with the US Department of Defense for space situational awareness.

The US Department of Defense and SDA will collaborate through the DOD's Space Situational Awareness Data Sharing Program.

The two entities will share information on matters concerning mitigation of electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference.

The agreement promises to create a framework to exchange data with the United States Strategic Command to improve the safety and efficiency of space operations.

Space Data was founded by a consortium of satellite operation companies.
