Muzooka Lands $3 Million Series A Venture Capital

   Greenbrae, California  --  Entertainment technology company Muzooka has received $3 million in its first round of institutional venture capital funding.

Muzooka has developed an online community for "artists, new music enthusiasts and producers designed around discovering the best new music on the web."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

The company said it would use the funds to expand its staff and focus on data exploration and mobile services.
