Augmate Accepts Seed Venture Capital

   New York, New York  --  Mobile technology company Augmate has received $2.8 million in seed stage financing.

Augmate has developed a wearable platform that enables designers to accelerate development of digital eyewear applications.

Timothy Draper led the round, which included numerous venture capital and corporate investors.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed by the company.
