Centri Tech Garners Venture Capital Equity

   Seattle, Washington  --  Mobile technology company Centri Technology has secured $6.3 million in venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Centri has created a suite of mobile technologies that help users download files and send email at faster than average speeds.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Centri is still seeking $4 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
