Chicago, Illinois  --  Wireless technology company OriginGPS has announced the launch of what it calls the world's smallest fully integrated global antenna module.

Called the Nano Hornet, the device has been designed for the wearable electronic devices marketplace.

The Nano measures only 10 x 10 mm with a height of only 3.8 mm, nearly 35% smaller than its previous incarnation as the Micro Hornet.

The device combines the company's low-profile GPS antenna with a GNSS receiver and patch antenna in a single module.
