Health Fidelity Secures $5 Million Venture Equity

   Palo Alto, California  --  Software technology company Health Fidelity has raised $5.2 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Health Fidelity has developed a clinical natural language processing platform that helps medical practitioners and administrators work with a wide variety of medical information.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Health Fidelity is backed by the Charter Life Sciences Fund and other undisclosed investors.

The company was co-founded by CTO Anand Shroff, who previously held senior positions at Optum, Axolotl and Oracle.
