PlaySwell Swells With Seed Financing

   Del Mar, California  --  Internet technology company PlaySwell has landed $1 million in seed stage venture capital financing.

PlaySwell is developing an online community that encourages people to share products that they really like.

Mark How co-founded the company, which received its first outside institutional investment with the funding.

Investors in the financing included WI Harper, Crosslink Capital, New Atlantic Ventures and Artiman Ventures.

PlaySwell did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
