Zoho Expands Free Edition of Zoho CRM

   Pleasanton, California  --  Online software technology company Zoho has expanded the free edition of its popular CRM solution.

Called Zoho CRM, the service has received a feature upgrade, which includes a document management module, security administration capabilities, support for up to 25,000 customer records and integration with other free Zoho apps.

Zoho also said that it will expand the free service to include up to 10 users for businesses, up from 3 users previously.

The company markets a range of online software to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.

Zoho recently upgraded its other free additions, such as Zoho Mail, Sites and Connect.
