Of the 254 transactions, 164 deals were for up to $10 million in reported amount.
47 transactions were between $10 million and $20 million.
19 transactions were between $20 million and $30 million in aggregate amount.
24 transactions were for amounts greater than $30 million.
The data distribution implies a significant amount of funding activity in the early stages of development for Medical Device companies, since 65% of transactions were for less than $10 million.
