Zindigo Raises Equity Venture Capital

   Palm Beach Gardens, Florida  --  Internet technology company Zindigo has landed $855,000 in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Zindigo has created a site for the fashion industry that enables users to create personalized social media shops.

The company encourages shopowners to utilize social media to expand their sales opportunities.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Zindigo is still seeking $4.1 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
