BetterLesson Bags $6 Million Venture Equity

   Cambridge, Massachusetts  --  Education technology company BetterLesson has landed $6 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

BetterLesson was founded by a group of teachers for the purpose of connecting educators and to help them create and share their curricula.

The service aggregates and scales the most innovative content and practices from around the country.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

BetterLesson is still seeking $1 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
