Gilbert, Arizona  --  Financial software technology company CampusLogic has secured $7.5 million in its first round of institutional venture capital financing.

CampusLogic has developed a cloud-based student self-service platform for applying for financial aid.

The system promises to reduce the costs of administering a financial aid program for higher education.

Continental Investors led the round, which also included Great Lakes Angels, University Ventures, Select Venture Partners and Peak Ventures.

The company said it will use the funding to grow its engineering and product support teams.
