AdmitSee Accepts Venture Capital Debt

   New York, New York  --  Education resource technology company AdmitSee has received $1.8 million in new convertible debt investment.

AdmitSee is developing a crowd-sourced college and grad school admissions resource.

Users can read college application essays and receive advice from students who successfully entered a particular college.

Investors included The Social + Capital Partnership, Founder.org Capital, Imagine K12 and other individual investors.

The company said it will use the funding proceeds to hire salespeople and increase awareness about its brand.
