BLiNQ Networks Raises Venture Debt Funds

   Ottawa, Canada  --  Wireless technology company BLiNQ Networks has landed $2.7 million in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

BLiNQ has developed small cell wireless backhaul solutions that "enable mobile operators to quickly and cost-effectively add capacity wherever they need it."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

BLiNQ is still seeking $779,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.

The company is backed by a syndicate of Canada-based venture capital and private equity firms.
