Entegrion Nets Venture Capital Debt

   Research Triangle Park, North Carolina  --  Medical technology company Entegrion has raised $526,000 in new venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC filing.

Entegrion has developed technologies for the control of hemorrhage, wound management and associated tissue repair conditions.

In addition, Entegrion has created plasma and platelet technologies that help enhance the safety of human blood supply.

The company sells its products to private buyers as well as public agencies.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Entegrion is still seeking $2.47 million in additional debt investment, according to the filing.
