Atheer Raises New Venture Equity

   Mountain View, California  --  Electronics technology company Atheer Labs has secured $3.9 million in new investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Atheer is developing a portable, immersive 3D platform for wearable technologies.

Investors in the financing event were not disclosed, nor was how the company plans to use the proceeds.

Company CEO Alberto Torres has been with the firm since August, 2014.

Atheer is backed by investors such as Flextronics and Lab IX.
