Mavrck Accepts Equity Venture Capital

   Cambridge, Massachusetts  --  Social marketing technology company Mavrck has received nearly $4.8 million in equity venture capital financing according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Mavrck has developed solutions for what it calls "social influence marketing".

It aims to help brands create more trustworthy marketing campaigns and messaging.

Investors in the funding were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Mavrck was incubated at Betaspring in Rhode Island.
