Chargifi Charges With Series A Venture Capital

   Oxfordshire, UK  --  Wireless technology company Chargifi has received $2.7 million in its first round of institutional and strategic venture capital investment.

Chargifi has developed technologies to make it easier for enterprises and venues to provide convenient wireless power charging for their customers.

Intel Capital led the round, which included Techstars Ventures, R/GA Ventures and individual investors.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.

CEO Dan Bladen co-founded the company with Charlie Cannell.
