INRange Systems Snags New Capital

   Lakewood, Colorado  --  IT company INRange Systems has received $171,000 out of a total expected funding round of $3.1 million, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

INRange has developed what it calls a Remote Medication Management System.

The purpose of the system is to reduce costly prescription drug delivery errors and provide hospital style medication management in the patient's home.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

INRange secured the financing utilizing the 506(c) general solicitation rule, according to the filing.
