Kirkland, Washington -- Energy software technology company Calico Energy Services has secured $6.7 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Calico has developed a "unified operations center that the next data, devices, software engines and applications."
The company says that this hub will enable intelligent decision-making regarding energy resources and grid assets.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
Calico is still seeking $1.5 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
Minimum investment size per investor was listed as $10,000.
