Encinitas, California -- Digital health software company AristaMD has raised $1.375 million in venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
AristaMD says that it is "focused on assisting primary care providers and offering expanded specialty care."
Called the Referral Intelligence Platform, the system is designed to reduce unnecessary referrals and is interoperable with core EMRs.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
Company CEO is Rebecca Cofinas, who also founded the firm.
