Hopkinton, Massachusetts -- Security technology company Content Raven has landed $2.2 million in its second round of institutional venture capital funding.
Content Raven has developed technologies that help enterprises maintain security over their content, share documents, protect rich media and track its usage. Industry verticals that the company is targeting its products to include Sales & Marketing, HR & Training and Entertainment & Media. Venture firms investing in the round included Nauta Capital and corporate investor MassVentures. The company said it would use the funding to scale its sales and marketing efforts.
