Denver, Colorado -- Cloud infrastructure technology company Faction (formerly Peak) has announced a $6 million venture capital funding round.
Faction provides a suite of solutions for private, public and hybrid cloud infrastructure and related services. The company says its services provide "extreme performance, deep control & broad customization." Investors in the round included Meritage Funds, Sweetwater Capital and Ares Capital. The company said it would use the funding to satisfy "explosive customer demand."
