Nestio Nabs $8 Million Series A Funding

   New York, New York  --  Internet technology company Nestio has received $8 million in its first round of institutional venture capital financing.

Nestio is developing a website and service platform that enables apartment owners and managers to more efficiently manage and least there inventory of listings.

The company says its clients have "reduced vacancy rates by up to 75%".

Trinity Ventures (Noel Fenton) led the round, which included Freestyle Capital (Jenny Lefcourt) and individual investors.

Nestio said it would use the funding to advance its product roadmap, grow its various teams and accelerate expansion into new markets in 2016.
