Bellevue, Washington -- Digital media technology company Innervate has received $2.95 million in equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Innervate has created a dashboard interface for game providers that surfaces analytics as well as includes an integrated community solution.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
24 investors participated in the offering.
The company is still seeking $350,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
CEO Adam Lieb has been with the firm since April 2011.
