San Jose, California -- Wireless networking technology company SpiderCloud Wireless has raised $15.2 million in a new round of venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
SpiderCloud has created what it calls a "enterprise radio access network" that enables enterprise IT networks and mobile devices to directly integrate through small cell technologies. Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. 5 investors participated in the financing. SpiderCloud is still seeking $8.17 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
