Elizabethtown, Kentucky -- Software developer Digital Compliance has secured $4 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Digital Compliance has developed a software application that calls Venminder that enables enterprises to more effectively manage the people, processes and other aspects of vendor relationships.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.
A total of 18 investors participated in the offering.
Minimum investment size per investor was listed as $100,000.
