Bluecore Banks $21 Million Series B Funds

   New York, New York  --  E-Commerce technology company Bluecore has secured $21 million in its second round of institutional venture capital investment.

Bluecore has developed JavaScript code that enables website owners to add only one line of code to their site to enable a variety of e-commerce features.

Georgian Partners led the round, which also included previous investors FirstMark Capital and Felicis Ventures.

The company said it will use the funding to expand its platform and add new employees.

Bluecore has received a total of $28.2 million in funding since its inception.

CEO Fayez Mohamood co-founded the firm in February 2013.
