AE Squared Clears Online Capital Funding

   Jerusalem, Israel  --  Security technology company AE Squared has landed $202,000 in new crowdfunding financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

AE Squared provides enterprise data protection for users of their own mobile devices and corporate-owned devices.

The company enables increased security for enterprises who wish to have a more permissive BYOD environment.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

AE Squared is still seeking $746,000 in additional financing according to the filing.

Minimum investment size per investor is listed as $10,000.
