Feathr Lands Equity Venture Capital

Gainesville, Florida  --  Mobile technology company Feathr has raised $1.45 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Feathr has created a mobile application that enables users to exchange personal information without any data entry.

The app also includes calendar, email and social networking conductivity, making follow-ups easier.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Feathr is still seeking $645,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
