Jibe Launches Data Driven Recruiter

   New York, New York  --  Recruitment technology company Jibe has announced the launch of a new educational resource and content hub.

Called the Data Driven Recruiter, the resource will "share real-world stories from some of the talent acquisition market's leading professionals."

Topics will include how recruiters are using data and analytics to source talent and make more effective hiring decisions.

Jibe referred to its recent Talent Acquisition Survey in stating that the recruiting industry is still in the very early stages with regard to the application of data and analytics to the recruiting process.

Among the discoveries in the survey, 62% of recruiting professionals said they can't easily extract data or metrics from existing systems.

67% said they don't trust the data that they do receive.
