Locket Locks Up Venture Capital Equity

   New York, New York  --  Mobile technology company Locket has landed $3.2 million in a venture equity financing round.

Locket is developing technologies that present notifications on the smart phone lock screen.

Investors in the financing included Great Oaks Venture Capital, Turner Broadcasting and individual investor Tyra Banks.

The company said it would use the proceeds for continued product development and sales and marketing efforts.

Locket was previously in the Media Camp accelerator program in 2014.
