CoDa Therapeutics Lands Venture Capital Debt

   San Diego, California  --  Pharmaceutical technology company CoDa Therapeutics has received $1 million in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

CoDa is developing wound care therapeutics based on gap junction modulation.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

CoDa is still seeking $2.2 million in additional debt financing, according to the filing.

The company has previously raised at least $68 million in multiple financing events.
