VisTracks Launches Fleet Telematics Application

   Lisle, Illinois  --  VisTracks announced the launch of a new web-hosted telematics applications for commercial trucking fleets.

Called SnapTraq Hours of Service Pro, the application enables trucking fleet managers to monitor their vehicles and drivers to comply with current and proposed government regulations for electronic logs and driver hours.

The system, which is composed of hardware and companion software, captures data such as "engine diagnostics, vehicle mileage, driver logs and maintenance milestones."

Benefits to the trucking company are that the system can improve vehicle uptime and driver safety, while reducing transportation costs and complying with regulatory mandates.

The hardware portion of the system is provided by Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII), a manufacturer of a range of wireless communication products.
