Actelis Networks Adds $3 Million Venture Equity

   Fremont, California  --  Networking technology company Actelis Networks has secured $3 million in additional venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Actelis is a supplier of Ethernet technologies over existing copper-based infrastructure for telecommunications companies.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Actelis is backed by a large syndicate of venture capital and private equity firms.

The company has raised at least $80 million in financing since 2005.
