EarlyShares Adds Venture Capital Debt

   Miami, Florida  --  Financial services technology company EarlyShares has secured $706,000 in debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

EarlyShares has developed an online platform for investing capital in startups and real estate ventures.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of eight investors made the investment.

The company is still seeking $294,000 in additional debt financing, according to the filing.
