Alignment Healthcare Chooses Vivify Health Platform

   Plano, Texas  --  Health management company Alignment Healthcare has chosen to partner with Vivify Health for its secure remote care platform for its patient population.

The platform utilizes kits that contain a wireless-enabled Samsung tablet paired with peripheral health devices such as blood pressure, pulse oximeters and weight scales.

All the patient has to do upon reaching their home after care is to unboxed the kid and push "one button to initiate their customized care plan from the cloud."

Periodically the patient's data is automatically transmitted wirelessly from the tablet to Alignment Healthcare's Command Center.

The Command Center can then proactively monitor each patient's health status and can include virtual visits between the command center, additional providers and the patient in their home.
