HyTrust Nets $33 Million Expansion Financing

   Mountain View, California  --  IT security technology company HyTrust has raised $33 million in new growth stage venture capital financing.

HyTrust is "focused on virtualization platform security and compliance."

Their solutions allow IT administrators to gain greater control over their production virtualization environment.

AITV Led the round, which included a syndicate of venture capital firms and corporate investors.

HyTrust said it would use the funding to "boost marketing, sales and product development initiatives, as well as expansion into international markets."
