Accela Launches Civic Voice Solution

   San Ramon, California  --  Software developer Accela has announced the launch of a new legislative management application for government agencies.

Called Accela Civic Voice, the system involves citizens in community decisions and enables agencies to share information, collect public input and understand public opinion in real-time.

The application, which is a cloud-based service, will track public opinion and will apply ZIP Code filters to control public participation by geographic location.

Also included the system are forums and discussion capabilities, dashboard functionality and activity thresholds to alert staff on trending topics.

Civic Voice is the latest addition to the company's Legislative Management suite.
