AboutOne Adds Venture Capital Debt

   West Chester, Pennsylvania  --  Internet technology company AboutOne has landed $300,000 in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

AboutOne has developed an online "secure place to organize and connect family - your smart, powerful solution for managing memories and household information."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

AboutOne has previously raised at least $4 million in various financing events since 2011.

Joanne Lang is the founder and CEO of the company.
