EndoStim Secures New Venture Capital Equity

   St. Louis, Missouri  --  Medical device company EndoStim has landed $2.5 million in venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

EndoStim is developing "novel micro stimulator technology to treat a number of widely prevalent reflux-related disorders."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

EndoStim is still seeking $2.5 million in additional financing, according to the filing.

The minimum investment size per investor is $2.5 million.
