Docupace And Security Snapshot Team On Security

   Los Angeles, California  --  Docupace Technologies and Security Snapshot have announced a partnership to provide cyber-security solutions for financial services firms.

Under the agreement, Security Snapshot will integrate Docupace's SEC/FINRA-compliant and paperless straight-through processing platform with its consultancy efforts.

The firms believe the offerings can be provided to financial groups of all sizes and they expect to implement their relationship in phases.

Financial groups targeted will be broker-dealers and RIAs (Registered Investment Advisors).

Docupace is a subsidiary of RCS Capital Corporation (NYSE: RCAP).
