ChatWork Talks It Up With VC Funding

   Sunnyvale, California  --  Communications technology company ChatWork has raised $2.5 million in early stage venture capital financing.

ChatWork says that it has built a "powerful, easy to use and secured communication platform  to help organizations build creative working cultures."

The system provides text, video, task management, voice and file sharing all in one application.

GMO Venture Partners made the investment.

ChatWork said it will use the funding for product development and to continue its rapid growth trajectory in North America and Europe.

Company CEO is Toshi Yamamoto (LinkedIn Profile), who founded ChatWork in 2012.
