Dex Media Launches Free CRM Platform

   Dallas, Texas  --  Marketing technology company Dex Media (NASDAQ: DXM) has announced the pilot launch of a new customer relationship management platform.

Called DexLnk, the system provides small and medium-size businesses with a platform for managing their customer data and communications.

Users can build customer lists, calendar appointments and message recipients via text or email.

Businesses can also use the system to provide incentives and special offers based on known customer preferences, and monitor the results.

The application is available at no charge and the company plans a commercial launch in the second half of 2015.
