OurCrowd Launches Global Seed Fund

   Jerusalem, Israel  --  Equity crowdfunding technology company OurCrowd has announced the launch of a global early-stage fund.

Called OurCrowd First, the fund size is $10 million and will focus on seed stage and pre-Series A stage startups.

The fund will be managed by General Partners Eduardo Shoval and Yori Nelken, who each have 25 years and 18 years of experience in technology companies, respectively.

The fund will invest in approximately 20+ seed stage companies and already has six early-stage companies in its portfolio, including those in the industries of energy, mobile, digital radiology, Internet of Things and 3-D printing.

OurCrowd operates a crowdfunding platform where accredited individuals may invest in minimum amounts of $10,000 per deal.
