Chicago, Illinois  --  OriginGPS has announced the launch of what he calls the world's smallest multiple constellation GPS antenna module.

Called the Multi Micro Hornet, the technology is "ideal for devices that require a small form factor, low power consumption, and high sensitivity."

The device is approximately 10 x 10 mm in size, with a height of only 5.9 mm.

The company says the device achieves a time to first fix (TTFF) of less than one second and accuracy down to 1 meter.

The device uses the company's patented Noise Free Zone NFC technology that helps improve sensitivity and reduce noise under marginal signal conditions.
